Children Say the DARNDEST things!

So, Christmas Eve Jenna says, "Tomorrow is Jesus' birthday! How old is He?"
Mom: "2009 years old!"
"Wow, He's OLD! He's a Grandpa!"
"Yup! He's a Grandpa A LOT!"
"How come He doesn't have wrinkles?"

Then today at Wal-Mart Jenna says, "Does every kiss really begin with K?"
I laughed SO hard! I thought that she meant the commercial for Kay Jewelers!
She laughed and says, "No, really. Does kiss begin with K?" Then I understood what she was asking!

Then just now I was getting something out of the fridge (can't remember what) and Jenna says, "Provo! Provo!" "What?" I said. You mean, "Bravo! Bravo!"

TOO FUNNY!

COOKIES! TREE! SANTA!

Hannah & Mommy made cookies the other day! Of course Hannah was mostly helpful when it came to licking the beaters!

Then the tree got decorated by lots of children! It was funny because they kept putting the ornaments up high and none were down low. You would think it would be the other way around!

Then we had a ward Christmas party and SANTA came!

He was the skinniest Santa I've ever seen!

I'm so excited! Natalie took the GED on Tuesday and passed! I should've just done it right the first time, but I feel like maybe I'm still smart! (After two kids and some brain loss probably!) Now I just need to get my husband there and some of his siblings! FYI if you need to take the GED google "ged math" and it will give you a practice test, you can send in your answers and get feedback! We didn't notice this until late the night before I took mine. I'm sure you could get practice tests for the other subjects also!

The Backyardigans

So Jessica wondered what Wubbzy was. Now I want to know what the characters on Backyardigans are. Is Tasha a Hippo? Obviously Tyrone is a moose. Pablo is a penquin. What is Uniqua? And what is Austin?

Halloween!!!

Jenna was Batgirl and Hannah was a kitty! Daddy was supposed to be Batman and I was me with a batman shirt and a bow! Hannah's costume left fuzzys all over where she sweated. So it looked like she had armpit hair!

PUMPKIN FUN!!!

We decided to carve pumpkins! We haven't done it in a LONG time!

I think that Daddy was getting tired! He said he thought we would get carpal tunnel from carving that cat!

I went the easy route and carved a bat!!!


Then a week or so later (after the bat and cat shriveled up)
we carved a flower and SCOOBY DOO!
